Set up seasons

Seasons group projects by period, for example from September to July. They’re set up in Settings › General settings › Activity and assigned to each project.

You need permission

This option only appears if your access role allows it. If you don't see it, ask the person who manages your institution to review your role.

Create a season

1. Go to Seasons and click Add season.
2. Enter the name and, if you like, a short label, for example “25/26”.
3. Choose the start and end dates, which are required, and the colour.
4. Click Save.

The season is assigned to each project on its artistic data page, in Season, and is used to filter the project list. A season with projects can’t be deleted.

If it doesn’t work

• You can’t find the season when editing a project. It hasn’t been created: create it as explained above.
• You can’t delete a season. Cannot delete a season with associated projects appears. Remove it from those projects first or leave it as it is.
• You don’t see this page in the settings. Your access role doesn’t include the institution’s settings. Talk to the person who manages it.
