Fill in your personal details
You fill in your personal, contact and bank details yourself in Weikos, in your personal details. Never send them by email, not even to us. Each institution decides which details it needs depending on the type of contract, and the contract shows you the ones missing.
Step by step
Section titled “Step by step”- Click your photo or initials at the top right › Personal data.
- Fill in the sections you need: Identity, Documentation, Contact, Tax address, Banking, Representatives and Other data.
- In Documentation, upload the images of the Front and Back of your ID document.
- In Banking, Account holder and IBAN are required. You can add several accounts.
- Click Save.
- The dot next to each section shows whether it’s complete (green), partly filled in (orange) or empty (grey). You don’t need everything in green: what matters is what your contract asks for.
- If you come from a contract that says Missing personal data: …, the page takes you to the field. When you’re done, click Save and return to contract.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right › Personal data.
- Everything is on one screen: Personal information, Documentation, Contact, Billing address, Bank details, Representatives and Other data.
- In Documentation, upload both sides of your document in ID Front and ID Back. They work for any ID document.
- Save with the button in the header. If you leave without saving, your changes are lost.
- The Complete your profile card on the home screen reminds you of what’s missing.

Protect your details in the app

If it doesn’t work
Section titled “If it doesn’t work”- You see Invalid phone number. Choose the right country in the prefix selector.
- You see Wrong file extension or File too large. Upload a lighter JPG or PNG image.
- The representative’s address doesn’t fill in. Type the address and choose one of the suggestions: the city, postcode and country are filled in from it.
- Phone numbers aren’t saved correctly. Enter them with the country code, for example +34.

- You’re asked for your details by email. In Weikos, details are filled in in your personal details, never by email. If the institution asks for them another way, ask them about it.
- You don’t know which details you need or why they’re asked for. The institution decides depending on the type of contract. A pending contract shows you the ones missing: see Accept a contract.
- A section doesn’t turn green or the reminder to complete your profile doesn’t go away. It asks for more details than an institution usually requires. It doesn’t stop you from accepting a contract if you have what it asks for.
If saving gives an error that keeps happening, write to us at help@weikos.io with a screenshot without personal data, whether you use the web, iPhone or Android, and your institution.
What your institution decides
Section titled “What your institution decides”We will never ask you for your password or bank details by email. If you receive a message asking for them on behalf of Weikos, don’t reply and write to us at help@weikos.io.
