See a pending or ended contract
While a contract is pending, you only see the contract itself and, in the app, the date, time and place of its services. The calendar, sheet music, work plan and documents open once you accept it. When the end date passes, you stop seeing that institution’s content, but the contract stays in your list with the ended contracts filter.
Before you accept
Section titled “Before you accept”- Open the contract in My Weikos › My contracts: you’ll see its terms, dates and details.
- To accept it, follow Accept a contract.
- Open the menu at the top left › Contracts and open the pending contract.
- Tap one of its services: you’ll see the date, time and place, with the notice You'll be able to access all the details, scores and work plans once you accept the contract.
- Those services don’t appear in the Calendar tab until you accept. To accept, follow Accept a contract.

When the contract ends
Section titled “When the contract ends”Once the end date has passed, you stop seeing that institution’s projects, calendar, sheet music, clock-ins and documents. No notice is sent. If the institution gives you a new contract, you see everything again.
- Before it ends, download from My Weikos › My documents any documents you want to keep.
- Afterwards, the contract is still in My contracts when you turn on Show finished. It may still say it’s accepted: the status doesn’t change when it ends.
- If you have Google Calendar connected, in Account › Integrations › Configure, that institution’s calendar shows Your contract with this institution has ended. This calendar is no longer available. If you turn it off and confirm with Delete calendar, it’s deleted from Google.
- The ended contract disappears from Contracts: show it with Show past. It opens for reading only.
- If you have Google Calendar connected, in Settings › Integrations you’ll see the ended contract notice on that institution’s calendar. You can turn it off to delete it from Google.

If it doesn’t work
Section titled “If it doesn’t work”- You’ve accepted and still don’t see the services. Refresh and check that the contract’s ensemble is turned on in your calendars. If it still doesn’t appear, you may not be called for it or the project may not be confirmed yet: see Find a service or project.
- You want to see the sheet music or work plan before accepting. It isn’t possible in Weikos. If you need them, ask your institution.
- The contract ended earlier than expected. The institution sets the end date. Ask them.
- Your Google calendar lost services. When the contract ends, that institution’s calendar keeps the services up to the end date and deletes later ones. If the contract is cancelled or rejected, all of them are deleted.
- You want to delete the Google calendar after the contract ends. You can still sign in to Weikos without current contracts: turn it off from your account’s integrations. You can also delete it in Google Calendar: its name starts with “Weikos ·”.
