Find a service or project
Weikos only shows you what applies to you: you need an accepted, current contract, the project has to be pending confirmation or confirmed, and the service (a rehearsal, a concert, a gig) has to belong to your ensemble or you have to be assigned to it. First of all, check that your calendars are turned on and that you don’t have filters applied.
Step by step
Section titled “Step by step”- Go to Dashboard › Calendar. It opens on the last date you looked at: go back to today if you need to.
- In the left column, check that My events and your ensemble are turned on. If in doubt, open the ⋮ menu of any calendar and click Show all.
- For projects, go to Projects › Projects. Check the Ensemble filter and open Advanced filters: if the project has already ended, turn on Show past projects.
- If filters from a previous visit are still on, click Clear filters. This doesn’t clear the ensembles filter: check it yourself.
- Inside the project, in Planning, services from other ensembles appear dimmed with Service from another ensemble.
- In Roster, if it says Roster not available, the institution hasn’t published it yet.
- In the Calendar tab, tap the calendar icon at the top left.
- In Calendars, turn on My events and your ensemble. If you’ve been added to a new ensemble, turn it on here: it isn’t turned on automatically.
- Swipe down to refresh. The app doesn’t update on its own when you open it again.
- In the Projects tab, finished projects don’t appear until you show them from the filter. Search projects searches by name.
- Inside the project, services from other ensembles appear with Service from another ensemble, and the roster is in Full roster.

If it doesn’t work
Section titled “If it doesn’t work”- A colleague sees it and you don’t. Services are shown by ensemble or by assignment. If you were hired for a project or as an extra, you only see the services you’ve been assigned to. If you think you should be there, ask the person who handles your hiring.
- The project isn’t confirmed yet. Musicians only see projects that are pending confirmation or confirmed. Until the institution moves it to one of those statuses, you won’t see the project or its services.
- Your contract is pending. Nothing appears in the calendar until you accept it. How to do it is explained in Accept a contract.
- Your contract has ended or the service falls outside its dates. Once the end date has passed, you no longer see that institution’s calendar and projects, and a service outside your contract’s dates doesn’t appear.
- A service has disappeared. Most likely the institution cancelled it: cancelled services are no longer shown.
- Someone else used Weikos on your phone before. Their calendar selection stays saved: check in the app which calendars you have turned on.
If your contract is accepted and current, the project is confirmed, you’re assigned and the service doesn’t appear on the web or in the app, write to us at help@weikos.io with your institution, the project name and the date of the service.
What your institution decides
