Your sheet music
In Weikos you see the sheet music for your projects for the instrument in your contract, as long as your institution has made it visible in the project. When the project ends, its sheet music is no longer available.
Step by step
Section titled “Step by step”- In the menu, go to Projects › Music library. You’ll see your sheet music grouped by work, with its Work and Composer. At the top left you can switch to one row per score.
- To find one, type part of the work or the composer in the search box; you don’t need accents. With the filters icon, on the right, you narrow it down by Composers or Tags.
- To see the sheet music for a specific project, open the project and go to Sheet music: it’s listed in program order.
- Open the score. Your parts are in Files and parts, each with its instrument.
- Click the file name to open the PDF in another tab, or the three dots › Download to save it. With the download icon at the top, Everything, in a .zip downloads all your parts together.
- Open the Scores tab.
- Search with Search scores... by piece or composer. In the filter you can sort by Program order, Work name or Composer, and choose a project instead of All projects.
- Tap a score: your files appear under Your scores.
- Tap a file to open it. With the share icon at the top right, you can save it to Files or send it to another app.
You can also get there from the Calendar tab: open a service and tap the sheet music icon.

- Tap a score: your files appear under Your scores.
- Tap a file to open it. With the share icon at the top right, you can send it to another app or save it.

If it doesn’t work
Section titled “If it doesn’t work”- No sheet music appears, or one is missing. You only see sheet music from To be confirmed or Confirmed projects that haven’t ended, if your institution has made it visible in the project and there is a file for your instrument or for everyone. If something is missing, ask your institution.
- You had it yesterday and today it’s gone. The project has ended: sheet music is removed automatically after its end date. If you need a score, ask your institution.
- You see the score, but not your part. You get the files marked for your instrument, the ones marked for everyone and, if your contract has that position, the ones for «Concertmaster» or «Principal cello». If yours is missing, the file isn’t marked for your instrument or your contract has a different one. Talk to your institution.
- You have several contracts with different instruments. At the top, in Contract, choose the one for that project. With All you see the score without your part.
- The PDF won’t open. Check your connection and open it again.
- You see You don't have any scores yet. You don’t have an accepted contract yet. Your scores will appear once you accept one and your institution publishes them.
- You see “Sin instrumento asignado” or can sort by “Próximas”. You have an old version of the app: update it from the App Store. With the current one you see the sheet music for your instrument and your position, and the files marked for everyone.
- No sheet music appears, or one is missing. You only see sheet music from projects that are to be confirmed or confirmed and haven’t ended, if your institution has made it visible in the project and there is a file for your instrument or for everyone. If something is missing, ask your institution.

- You had it yesterday and today it’s gone. The project has ended: sheet music is removed automatically after its end date. If you need a score, ask your institution.
- You see the score, but not your part. You get the files marked for your instrument, the ones marked for everyone and, if your contract has that position, the ones for «Concertmaster» or «Principal cello». If yours is missing, the file isn’t marked for your instrument or your contract has a different one. Talk to your institution.
- The PDF won’t open. Check your connection and open it again.
