Your sheet music
In Weikos you see the sheet music for your projects for the instrument in your contract, as long as your institution has made it visible in the project. When the project ends, its sheet music is no longer available.
Step by step
Section titled “Step by step”- In the menu, go to Projects › Music library. You’ll see your sheet music with Composer and Piece.
- To see the sheet music for a specific project, open the project and go to Sheet music.
- Narrow the list with the Composers and Tags filters.
- Open the score. Each file appears with its name and the Uploaded on: date.
- Click the file: the PDF opens in another tab, where you can download it.
- Open the Scores tab.
- Search with Search scores... by piece or composer. In the filter you can sort by Upcoming, Work name or Composer, and choose a project instead of All projects.
- Tap a score: your files appear under Your scores.
- Tap a file to open it. With the share icon at the top right, you can save it to Files or send it to another app.
You can also get there from the Calendar tab: open a service and tap the sheet music icon.

- Tap a file to open it. With the share icon at the top right, you can send it to another app or save it.

If it doesn’t work
Section titled “If it doesn’t work”- No sheet music appears, or one is missing. You only see sheet music from To be confirmed or Confirmed projects that haven’t ended, if your institution has made it visible in the project and there is a file for your instrument or for everyone. If something is missing, ask your institution.
- You had it yesterday and today it’s gone. The project has ended: sheet music is removed automatically after its end date. If you need a score, ask your institution.
- You see the score, but not your part. The file isn’t marked for your instrument, or your contract has a different instrument. Talk to your institution.
- You have several contracts with different instruments. At the top, in Contract, choose the one for that project. With All you see the score without your part.
- The PDF won’t open. Check your connection and open it again.
- You see No instrument assigned. Your contract has no instrument. Ask your institution to add it to the contract.
- No sheet music appears, or one is missing. You only see sheet music from projects that are to be confirmed or confirmed and haven’t ended, if your institution has made it visible in the project and there is a file for your instrument or for everyone. If something is missing, ask your institution.
- You had it yesterday and today it’s gone. The project has ended: sheet music is removed automatically after its end date. If you need a score, ask your institution.

- You see the score, but not your part. The file isn’t marked for your instrument, or your contract has a different instrument. Talk to your institution.
- The PDF won’t open. Check your connection and open it again.
